How to order
There are several ways to purchase our products:
Online shopping cart:
Scrub Australia can accept credit card, bank transfers and paypal payments through its online payment system with Paypal. Customers do not need to have a Paypal account to use these payment features. Security is through 128-bit SSL.
How to use:
- Simply add your favourite products to the order form by clicking the “add to order” button on the product pages.
- Select order quantities for each product and press “Update Form” to obtain a total purchase value. This amount does not include postage, shipping or freight costs. These costs will be included when you proceed with payment. For Scrub Australia postal rates please click here.
- When you are happy with your order, press “Place order”. You will be taken to a secure 128-bit SSL server to complete your payment.

Please email your contact and delivery address details, as well as the details of your order to sales@scrubaustralia.com.au. We will email you an invoice to confirm total purchase and postage costs. Payment options will be provided on the invoice.

Delivery information
We use Australia post for all our deliveries.
Postage and Delivery: Scrub Australia adopts a flat rate for postage based on total purchase cost. In some circumstances a product may have a specific postage cost associated with it due to unusual size or weight. Where this is the case, a specific postage cost for that product will override the flat rate postage rates listed below.

Delivery dispatch and receipt: Orders will be dispatched within 5 days of confirmation of payment. If this is not possible you will be notified. Orders may take up to 10 days to be delivered. We are not able to accept responsibility for any unforeseen delays in delivery due to postal strikes, weather conditions etc.
Delivery address: Please consider your delivery address. If you are not at home during the day a work address may be a better option for delivery. If you are not available at time of delivery a card will be left for you to collect your package from the post office.
International orders: International orders can be arranged but we reserve the right to decline certain orders where delivery is beyond our control. All payments will be valued in Australian dollars (AUD). Shipping costs will be calculated on weight and destination. For international orders please email us to info@scrubaustralia.com.au
Packaging: We use environmentally responsible packaging but will reuse packaging that is sent to us.
Gift wrapping: Gift wrapping is available on request for an additional fee of $5. We use beautiful environmentally friendly gift wrap that has been handcrafted from recycled paper. Please contact us to arrange this.
Returns policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product when you see it, Scrub Australia will promptly refund you the cost of the product, provided you return the product to us within 14 days and in saleable condition with the original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please include a copy of your invoice. If there is a fault with the product, please return it to us with a copy of the invoice and we will send you a replacement immediately.
Privacy policy
We at Scrub Australia take your right to privacy very seriously. Scrub hates spam! We do not disclose, sell, rent or exchange our customer details to any third party for any reason. We only collect information that we require to fulfil your order and use your information only for purposes related to the services we provide. It is our policy to never reveal customer information to any external organisation unless authorised by the customer, required by law or if a service provided on our website requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider. In the case of Scrub Australia hiring other organisations to provide support services, we request them to conform to appropriate privacy standards. Scrub Australia endeavours to keep customer files complete, up to date, and accurate.

Quarantine Restrictions
Please be aware that quarantine restrictions may apply when sending plantable paper products internationally and interstate. It is the client's/customer's responsibility to investigate quarantine requirements should they wish to send seeded paper internationally or interstate. Scrub Australia cannot take any responsibility for any costs or difficulties that may arise.
Sending to Western Australia
The WA Quarantine and Inspection Service require all interstate plant matter to be identified to help prevent the importation of potential pests and diseases into the state. The WA Quarantine and Inspection Service advises that all plantable seed paper deliveries should be clearly identified to assist quarantine inspectors. It is highly advisable to include the following details in the top left hand corner of your envelope or package when sending to WA;
Attention Quarantine:
This envelope contains plantable paper containing
pure seeds of "plant species' botanical name".
